Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Robert Half has partnered with a Denver Personal Injury firm on the search for a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years’ of experience. Candidates interested in this position should be familiar with Colorado E-filing, Windows, MS Office Suite; knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and process; should have experience with medical record reviews; should have excellent time management skills, and should be able to handle a large and complex caseload. Responsibilities for this position include the following:

•      Case management of files in litigation

•      Communication with clients, opposing counsel, providers, etc. 

•      Electronic case filing

•      Drafting pleadings, discovery, disclosures, and correspondence

•      General paralegal duties including, but not limited to: Client intakes, pre-litigation tasks, scheduling/calendaring, medical record gathering, medical chronologies, and negotiating medical bills

• At least 5 years of paralegal experience supporting personal injury or civil litigation matters.
• Working knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation processes.
• Experience reviewing medical records and summarizing case-related treatment information.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and case management tools.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, detail-intensive caseload with strong organizational skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external contacts.
• Background in discovery, trial preparation, and plaintiff-side litigation support preferred.
