Established 150+ Years Premier Firm Securities Litigation Associate in Boston, MA!
An established premier law firm with over 150 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its Litigation practice in Boston, MA! This role requires meaningful experience handling complex commercial and securities litigation in Massachusetts courts, including discovery, pleadings, motion practice, and court appearances. The associate will work in a fast-paced practice that emphasizes excellent client service, professional development, and long-term practice growth.

- Salary range: $175,000-$250,000+, contingent on experience, qualifications, and skill set

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active membership in the Massachusetts State Bar in good standing
- 3-5 years of relevant commercial and/or securities litigation experience
- Meaningful experience litigating matters in Massachusetts State courts
- Working knowledge of the MA Civil Practice Law and Rules
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, oral advocacy, research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment
- Strong organizational and matter management skills
- Commitment to developing a sophisticated legal practice, professional network, and subject-matter expertise
Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial litigation matters in New York State courts
- Conduct written and document discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related submissions
- Conduct court appearances and support oral advocacy efforts
- Perform sophisticated legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written analysis
- Coordinate deadlines, case strategy, and matter workflows across active files
- Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, clients, and legal support professionals
- Deliver responsive, practical, and high-quality client service
- Contribute to practice development, professional networking, and the continued growth of the litigation group
