Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $28.00/hr
Shift: 3rd shift: 8PM-6:15AM Monday-Thursday
Location: Pewaukee, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $28.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical foundry equipment.
• Follow diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications to complete tasks.
• Support facility maintenance such as building repairs, groundskeeping, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, replacing parts and adjusting controls.
• Test circuits and components for safety and efficiency, ensuring equipment operates correctly.
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Order parts and materials for ongoing maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze malfunctions and improve equipment reliability.
• Support installation of electrical wiring and control panels, adhering to NFPA and NEC standards.
• Assist production teams to maintain equipment uptime and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent plus 5+ years of maintenance experience, or a technical degree.
• Foundry or heavy industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and operational procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong commitment to safety and workplace policies.
• Skilled in preventative and corrective maintenance in high-volume environments.
• Proficient with electrical, hydraulic, piping schematics, and metal fabrication techniques.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Skills

• Mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair.
• Facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and building repairs.
• Metal fabrication skills with MIG/TIG welding and cutting.
• Use of shop tools including drill presses, grinders, lathes, cranes, forklifts.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems, precision measurement tools, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of NFPA and NEC standards.
