• $17.75 per hour

6:55 AM 3:25 PM
Monday Friday

Swing Shift
3:25 PM 11:55 PM
Monday Friday

Graveyard Shift
10:25 PM 6:55 AM
Sunday Thursday

• For each shift there is a possibility to work Saturdays and Sundays

• Visually inspect and grade milled, rough-sawed, or dimensional lumber

• Identify flaws and determine appropriate plywood grades

• Apply grade rules to maximize plywood yield and profitability

• Ensure plywood meets required grade standards

• Monitor production and take appropriate action to correct issues

• Tally plywood pieces by grade and board footage

• Remove unsatisfactory pieces from conveyors or tables

• Stack, sort, and move plywood as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Ability to lift and move green lumber repetitively

• Ability to learn and apply in-house grading standards

• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow all safety procedures

• Able to work in the United States

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

No prior mill experience required training is provided!
