Estate Planning/Tax Attorney 

A prestigious Denver law firm is seeking a 3 plus years experienced mid-level Associate Attorney to join its growing Private Client Group. This attorney will work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and complex trust and estate administration matters.

Qualifications:

3 plus years of relevant experience, preferably in trusts & estates or estate planning

Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and judgment

Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a sophisticated practice

Experience in corporate or real estate transactional work and/or an LL.M. is a plus

• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably focused on estate planning, trusts and estates, or related private client work.
• Licensed attorney with the ability to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated strength in legal research, detail-focused writing, and verbal communication.
• Strong academic background and the ability to exercise sound judgment on sophisticated legal matters.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when managing client work and documentation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively while taking initiative and managing responsibilities proactively.
• Experience with corporate or real estate transactional matters and/or an LL.M. is considered an advantage.
