Location:

• Primary assignment in Woodstock, NY
• Travel required to Harrisville, NY on October 12-16

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Weekends off

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Provide thorough patient counseling on medication use and potential side effects

Qualifications:

• Current, active NY State Pharmacist license in good standing
