Project Manager- Water/Wastewater Construction

Our client is actively seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their growing team in Houston. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background managing underground utility projects and experience working with City of Houston and Harris County Flood Control projects.

• Manage underground utility construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
• Coordinate with owners, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Track project costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Support bidding, change orders, and project closeout activities

• Experience managing underground utility construction projects
• Previous work with City of Houston and/or Harris County Flood Control projects preferred
• Strong understanding of wet utilities, drainage, water, sewer, and infrastructure construction
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
