Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an experienced Concrete Form Carpenter to join a local construction crew. This position involves constructing and setting forms for concrete foundations, walls, sidewalks, slabs, and other structural elements. We're looking for dependable, safety-conscious professionals ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Set and align forms according to grade and layout requirements

• Secure forms with nails, screws, bolts, or braces

• Assist with pouring and finishing concrete as needed

• Safely operate power tools and construction equipment

• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors on-site

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

• 1+ years of experience as a form carpenter or similar role in construction

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools (saws, drills, levels, etc.)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and site best practices

• Ability to work independently and follow direction precisely
