Join a local grain elevator, located in Metamora, Ohio during the busy harvest season! We are seeking dependable, hardworking. General Laborers to assist with grain handling and facility operations.

General Labor Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Assist with grain receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
• Perform facility housekeeping, including sweeping, shoveling, and cleaning work areas.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support team members with various production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions.

General Labor Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, agricultural, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Ability to work in dusty environments and varying temperatures. 
• Schedule Full-time position. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.
