We are actively seeking compassionate and reliable Paraprofessional substitutes to support students in classroom setting. This per diem opportunity offers full school-day assignments with the flexibility to choose when you work.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, special education, or youth development who want meaningful, hands-on experience in schools.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in academic and social settings
• Assist teachers with classroom management and daily instruction
• Support students with behavioral plans and IEP goals
• Help with transitions, routines, and participation in classroom activities
• Offer mobility assistance, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings 
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges 
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
