Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Service Representative (FSR) to provide customer service and administrative support for prepaid and college savings programs. This role is responsible for processing financial and non-financial transactions accurately while following established procedures, business rules, and service-level standards.

What You’ll Do

• Process financial transactions, including participant contributions, withdrawals, refunds, monetary adjustments, plan changes, school invoices, and distributions.
• Process non-financial transactions, including banking changes and account updates.
• Complete transactions accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Follow company procedures, business rules, and internal service-level standards.
• Perform reconciliation activities for credit card contributions within the record-keeping system.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are processed according to established guidelines.
• Provide professional customer service while handling account and financial-related requests.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, finance, banking, accounting, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle financial transactions and confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Schedule

• $17.50/hour
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Onsite in Jacksonville, FL
• 2-month contract with possible extension or permanent placement
