We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
Shift DetailsThis position operates on a 12-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment in the cath lab.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort levels throughout procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiac procedures and post-operative care.
- Ensure a sterile environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or a related setting.
- Certification as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist or similar credential is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and pathophysiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
