Dispatcher – Full-Time | Pittsburgh, PA

Valentis Group Inc. is hiring a full-time Dispatcher to join our Security team in Pittsburgh, PA.

Schedule will be three evening shifts (7p-3a) and two day shifts (11a-7p)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor security cameras and alarms
Dispatch security personnel to various locations
Communicate with clients and officers via phone and radio
Maintain activity logs and records
Support admin tasks and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Pass a background check and drug test
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and independently
Security dispatch experience preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills
