Driver Benefits

Earn an additional $1250 annually with the Loyalty Bonus! Just need to be a full time driver and be with us for at least 6 months to qualify! Pays out $625 twice a year!

2,500 miles per week (average)
$1,000 Orientation Pay
Up to 73 CPM (includes bonuses)
Base pay: 50-65 CPM
Percentage pay available on flatbed division - up to 31%
Pet & Rider policies
$2,000 Referral Bonus for Experienced Drivers & $300 for Student Drivers.
Up to 8 CPM Performance & Safety Bonus
