Greenway Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and driven
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our team in Grand Bay, Alabama.

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the success of the center, including:
Creating a positive, accountable, resident-centered culture
Recruiting, developing, and retaining an exceptional leadership team
Partnering closely with the Director of Nursing to drive clinical excellence
Maintaining strong regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Driving census growth and strengthening community relationships
Managing financial performance, labor, and operational results
Building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and referral partners
Developing future leaders within the organization
Ensuring Greenway is known as both a great place to receive care and a great place to work
Current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for Alabama licensure
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience
Strong operational and financial acumen
Proven ability to build and develop teams
Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A hands-on leadership style with a high level of accountability
A leader who sees challenges as opportunities and knows how to execute
