What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Assemble cardboard displays, posters, and signs according to instructions and client specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of all components to meet quality standards.
- Utilize both manual techniques and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and workflow.
- Conduct quality checks to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of operating assembly tools and machinery.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
