Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian – Full-Time
Location: Premier at Perry Village, New Bloomfield, PA

Premier at Perry Village is committed to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time, onsite role to support our mission of providing outstanding nutritional care.

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition care plans for our residents.

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including for residents with complex medical needs

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans

• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and revise care plans as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate dietary services into overall care

• Provide guidance to dietary staff on menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance

• Educate residents and families on nutrition goals and dietary modifications

• Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal dietary regulations

• Licensed Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred

• Strong understanding of therapeutic diets and regulatory standards

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience with EMR systems preferred
