About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Cedar Ridge Inn, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their independence, confidence, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and goals. Your expertise will focus on enhancing cognitive, physical, and emotional abilities, promoting safe and functional living environments, and empowering residents to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for residents

• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to meet resident needs and goals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and resident-centered outcomes

• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on specific skills and techniques

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• Current license to practice in the state of New Mexico

• Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
