Are you an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator/ RN/LVN looking for more than just another research position?
ARH Research is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and patient-focused CRC to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas.
We conduct clinical trials focused on rheumatologic, autoimmune, and inflammatory conditions, giving our team the opportunity to work directly with patients while contributing to the development of new and innovative treatments.
This is a hands-on position where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your studies, work closely with experienced investigators, interact directly with research participants, and be involved in the entire clinical trial process—from study startup to closeout.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our clinical trials, including:
- Coordinate studies from startup through closeout.
- Identify, screen, recruit, and consent research participants.
- Conduct and coordinate study visits.
- Educate and support research participants throughout their study.
- Maintain accurate source documentation and study records.
- Manage visit schedules, windows, deadlines, and follow-up.
- Maintain regulatory files and essential study documents.
- Communicate with sponsors, CROs, monitors, investigators, and laboratories.
- Respond to data queries and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Prepare for and assist with monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
- Collect, process, package, and ship biological specimens.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and research staff to provide an exceptional participant experience.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
- RN/LVN must have clinical research experience ( pay dependent on experience)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates with a strong work history and medical office experience will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, informed consent, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple studies and competing priorities.
- Experience with EMRs, EDC systems, CTMS platforms, and clinical research technology.
- Ability to work on-site in The Woodlands, Texas.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred:
- Rheumatology, autoimmune, or inflammatory disease research experience.
- CCRC, CCRP, or similar certification.
- Nursing (RN & LVN) or other clinical experience perferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates with a strong work history and medical office experience will also be considered.
- Phlebotomy and specimen-processing experience.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs.
- Spanish fluency.
