As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. You will work closely with nurses and other members of the care team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
Responsibilities;
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
Provide care with dignity, patience, and respect
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Support residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being
Maintain accurate communication with nurses and team members
Follow facility policies, care plans, and infection control practices
Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania preferred or required as applicable
Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing quality care
Full-time, part-time, and various shifts may be available. Shift differentials may apply. A sign-on bonus may be available for qualifying candidates.
