Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support warehouse and distribution operations in Eagan, MN. This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, pick, and stage materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has prior sit-down forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, pick, and stage materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has prior sit-down forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
- Pick, pack, check, and load products to and from designated areas and trailers.
- Move and stack palletized or crated materials in designated storage locations.
- Use RF scanners and complete required inventory and shipping documentation.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance, safety, quality, or production issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and PPE requirements.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of sit-down forklift experience required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow work instructions.
- Ability to take directions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to cross-train and work overtime as needed.
- Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
- Safety boots/shoes required.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift | Monday – Wednesday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm | Thursday, 2:30 pm – 7:00 pm
- Overtime Sunday| 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
Compensation:
- $21.00 per hour
