You must be comfortable handling difficult situations, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying processCommunicate with customers, lenders, contractors, and service providersProcess finance and loan-related documentationManage billing, invoicing, and office administrationSchedule contractors and coordinate project timelinesMaintain accurate customer files and recordsSupport daily sales center operationsQualificationsOffice Management experience requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience in construction, homebuilding, manufactured housing, or a related industry is a plusLoan processing, bookkeeping, or invoicing experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business softwareSpanish bilingual is a plusWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is professional, resilient, and solution oriented.
