We’re looking for compassionate, dependable STNAs who want to be part of a team where caring for people still feels personal.

What You’ll Do

As an STNA, you’ll help our residents feel comfortable, respected, safe, and cared for each day. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals

• Providing hands-on care with patience and dignity

• Supporting safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning

• Observing residents and communicating changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Working alongside nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care

• Helping create a positive, welcoming environment throughout the building

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you:

• Hold a current Ohio STNA certification

• Have a genuine heart for caring for others

• Are dependable and ready to be part of a team

• Communicate well and bring a positive attitude to your shift

• Understand that great care is found in both the big moments and the small ones
