Location: On-site,Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM

About the Work Environment:
Youll work in a clean, climate-controlled industrial facility focused on manufacturing and assembling high-quality power and energy systems used in commercial and industrial applications.
The facility emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork, following strict ISO standards for quality and efficiency.
This position is active and hands-on, long periods of standing operating material-handling equipment, moving inventory, and ensuring production areas are stocked and organized.
You must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed and following all safety procedures.

What You'll Do:
Move, load, and unload materials and products safely throughout the production area
Use pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment to transport components and finished goods
Accurately track inventory using scanners or basic computer systems
Stage materials for production lines according to work orders and schedules
Verify part numbers, counts, and condition of materials received or issued
Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required
Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and quality departments to support daily goals

What We're Looking for:
Prior experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer or scanner knowledge for inventory tracking
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
