Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Process Engineer on 2nd shift. The Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Conduct experiments and tests to identify areas for process optimization
• Analyze production data to evaluate process performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to production teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with process simulation software
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
