About the Role:

As a CMT - Certified Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will encourage resident engagement, socialization, and participation in daily activities, create and maintain a safe and supportive environment, and administer medications and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Encourage resident engagement, socialization, and participation in daily activities
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive
• Administer medications and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, and ethical guidelines
• Transport residents to and from dining areas and assist with feeding as needed
• Make frequent resident rounds and monitor resident well-being
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure quality resident care and assistance
• Assist with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on identified concerns to ensure resolution
