A well-established skilled nursing facility near Ambler, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and drive excellence in resident care.

We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, team development, and census growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations (PA DOH & CMS)

• Maintain survey readiness and lead successful state and federal surveys

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and revenue management

• Drive census development and community relationships

• Support and mentor department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator License (Required)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey process

• Demonstrated success in financial and operational management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
