Job Title: LVN/LPN – Telemetry
Location: Clinton, SC
Type: Travel/Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3×12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Pay: $1,000 - $1,200/week (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified LVN/LPN – Telemetry to provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry setting. The role requires experience with cardiac monitoring and high-acuity patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and changes in patient condition.

• Perform ongoing patient assessments.

• Administer medications and treatments.

• Care for patients with sepsis, MI, unstable angina, and CAD.

• Monitor patients receiving IV medications, anticoagulation, and cardiac therapies.

• Document patient care accurately and timely.

• Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.

• Assist with patient education and individualized care plans.

• Maintain patient safety and infection-control standards.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Float to other units as required.

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina LPN/LVN License.

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

• Telemetry, acute care, medical-surgical, cardiac, or similar inpatient experience.

• Adult and geriatric patient-care experience.

• Cardiac monitoring and rhythm-recognition experience.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Willingness to work nights and every other weekend.

• Willingness to float as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience.

• Strong telemetry experience.

• Experience with high-acuity cardiac patients.

• Experience with IV medications, antiarrhythmic therapy, vasoactive infusions, and anticoagulation.
