Required Qualifications

Current Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential.

Meets Minnesota requirements for an Assisted Living Director–In-Residence (ALD-IR)

Previous similar LALD experience in an assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.

Requirements: State-approved licensure, Driver’s license and car preferred

Executive Director

This role is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, supporting and developing team members, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Position Summary

The Executive Director provides overall operational leadership for the community, ensuring high-quality resident services, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. This position oversees all aspects of community operations, including staffing, budgeting, resident satisfaction, occupancy growth, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
