We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for an Interim Administrator role in Columbia, TN. This is a leadership opportunity to step into a skilled nursing facility and provide immediate operational stability, regulatory oversight, and census/financial performance support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations in a skilled nursing environment

• Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations (CMS, survey readiness)

• Drive census development, clinical quality, and financial performance

• Lead department heads including nursing, therapy, dietary, and EVS

• Support staff engagement, retention, and accountability

• Partner with regional leadership during transition and stabilization efforts

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee LNHA license (required)

• Prior Administrator or Interim Administrator experience in long-term care

• Strong survey management and turnaround experience preferred

• Proven ability to stabilize operations and improve performance metrics

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
