A day in the life in Mt Olive, NC

You arrive ready to keep products flowing safely and efficiently. You walk your forklift, complete a quick inspection, and head to the floor. Pallets are staged, trucks are at the dock, and your focus is precision—moving goods where they need to go, on time, every time.

What you’ll do

• Operate forklifts with care and accuracy to move, position, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and trucks to keep inbound and outbound operations on schedule.
• Perform routine checks and basic upkeep on your equipment to keep it in top working condition.
• Follow all safety practices and site procedures to protect yourself, your team, and our inventory.
• Support inventory control by tracking items and reporting stock levels.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily production targets.
• Keep aisles, docks, and your work area clean and well organized.

What helps you succeed

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current, valid forklift certification (required).
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to following directions.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with others.
• Physical endurance, including lifting heavier items when needed.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks for inventory entry and reporting.
