Job Description
Overview:
Support daily operations of a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with supervising DSP staff.
  • Support scheduling and shift coverage.
  • Assist with daily care and support of individuals served.
  • Review MARs, ISP data, and Therap documentation.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards.
  • Support incident reporting and emergencies.
  • Assist with staff training.
 
Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 2+ years group home experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • IDD experience preferred.
  • Therap experience a plus.
