Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operation of the nursing home, including nursing services, activities, and Ancillary services

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment

• Ensure resident satisfaction and quality of life through effective communication with families and residents

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and complaint logs

Requirements:

• • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
