Job Summary:

Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living, a leader in providing high-quality, personalized care, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead their growing culinary department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the dietary services and ensuring the wellness and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain dietary budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient meal preparation and service.
• Hire and train dietary staff: Recruit, hire, and train a team of dietary professionals to provide excellent service to our residents.
• Regulatory compliance with local, state, and national food handling standards: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.
