Home Health Aide - Kona

Position: Home Health Aide 
Location: Kona, Hawaiʻi Island

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00/hour 

HiHealthCare is looking for compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to clients throughout the Kona area. If you're passionate about helping others live safely and independently, we'd love to have you on our team. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility 
• Provide companionship and support with daily activities 
• Monitor and report changes in client condition 
• Assist with transfers and ambulation as needed 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment 
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team 
• Deliver care with dignity, compassion, and respect 

Qualifications 

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred 
• Completion of a Nurse Aide course 
• CPR or BLS Certification 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Kona area 
• Dependable, caring, and committed to quality client care 

Physical Requirements 

• Available to work at least one shift per week 
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients throughout the day 
• Lift and transfer up to 50 lbs 
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
