Job Description

Schedule: Full Time (36 hours/week)

Location: River District

Shift: Midnights

**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

Be the eyes and ears for patient safety! As a Patient Monitor, you'll provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Keep a watchful eye on patients through video monitors and stay alert to any changes
• Connect with patients using 2-way audio devices to communicate and provide guidance
• Alert the clinical team promptly whenever you notice changes in patient condition or safety concerns
• Document your observations about patient activities, behaviors, and any safety or comfort-related issues with clear, detailed notes

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
