LOCATION: BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA

Specialties:

• RN – Med/Surg — $38–$44/hour
• LPN – Acute Care — $26–$30/hour
• Physical Therapist (PT) — $45–$52/hour

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma professional license or Compact license, as applicable.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute-care or rehabilitation experience.
• Must meet all applicable licensing and credentialing requirements.
