Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Dementia and alzheimers. She knows people. She forgets minute to minute activities. Also doesnt think she needs help. She does live with spouse, but he is 80 and she doesnt always like him. I'd like her to have breakfast and someone to talk to , play cards, maybe make sure her clothes are being clean. She is 100% against this. So is her spouse (my dad) About the care needs: She likes to joke. She needs a nice and funny disposition. No recovery. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
