Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Business Development Center.
- Manage and train BDC staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance customer interactions.
- Maintain communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure follow-up with leads in a timely manner to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
- Required: Proven experience in a BDC or similar management role within the automotive industry.
- Required: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the automotive sales process.
