Professional Cleaning Contractor – Residential & Commercial

Clean Routine Services is looking for reliable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaning contractors to provide residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

We currently have an immediate need for cleaners who can service the Cumming and Gainesville areas.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with cleaning opportunities offered based on your location, availability, performance, and client needs.

Once you accept a cleaning opportunity, we expect you to arrive as scheduled and complete the agreed-upon service. If an unexpected issue occurs during a clean, contractors are expected to communicate with our team before proceeding.

Requirements

• Must have your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Professional residential or commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Smartphone with reliable communication
• Ability to travel to the cleaning locations you choose to accept
• Ability to perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, commercial, and/or short-term rental cleaning
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to follow instructions and complete a final quality check before leaving

Atlanta • Sandy Springs • Buckhead • Midtown • Marietta • Cumming • Gainesville • and surrounding Metro Atlanta/North Georgia areas

Cumming and Gainesville availability is currently a priority.

Preferred qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: on call
• Available to work: early morning
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: weekdays
• Willing to travel locally
• 1+ year of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
