Shift: M-F 8:30-5, we do have some flexibility in the hours for this position, I can discuss with any candidate different options
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: None
Certs REQ: BLS and IL state PT license required.
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F.
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
Must have active IL license in hand to apply.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
