I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
