About who needs care: Mentally, mom is sharp as a tack; no cognitive issues. She has mobility issues... cannot stand or walk without help, wheelchair, walker. She is a fall risk. She needs help bathing and personal hygiene after bathroom trips, etc. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
