Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Hello, I Have heart related issues. Can't overexert myself, so I need help with housework: cleaning, laundry, meals and possibly ride to dr appointment/errands. I have a small friendly dog that could use a short walk. I spend most of my day watching tv and talking to family and friends. About the care needs: A friendly person is most important also someone who likes small dogs and can take it for a short walk during the visit. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing. To start 3 hours 1 day per week with possible days added in the future.
