Siding Project Coodinator

Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Siding Project Manager who can oversee projects with a strong focus on quality, communication, and execution.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving, planning, and maintaining high standards throughout every phase of a project.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with installers, suppliers, and homeowners
  
• Review materials, job specifications, and project details
  
• Verify measurement & order material for each project
  
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards
  
• Track progress and resolve project issues efficiently
  
• Maintain documentation and job organization
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the job and at job completion.
  
• Collect final payment at job completion
  

The Right Candidate Will:

• Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  
• Enjoy solving operational problems
  
• Communicate professionally and clearly
  
• Hold high standards for workmanship and follow-through
  
• Work well independently while managing multiple priorities
  
• Have experience in siding, construction, or project management
  

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
  
• Ability to pass a background check
  
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
  
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on a roof
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Siding or exterior construction experience
  
• Experience measuring/scoping projects
  
• Strong organizational and planning skills
  
• Experience managing subcontractors or crews
  
• Comfortable using technology and project management systems
