Regional Director-Northern Region

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITES

1. Regional Operations Leadership

• Lead and support Location Leaders to deliver results in sales growth, profitability, service quality, safety, and productivity
• Establish clear expectations and ensure adherence to standard operating processes
• Maintain a consistent cadence of weekly touchpoints, monthly deep dives, quarterly audits
• Proactively identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to drive measurable improvement

2. Sales Execution Support

• Support Location Leaders and sales teams in achieving targets through pipeline focus, cross-selling, and local market growth initiatives
• Align closely with sales leadership to ensure operational capacity supports sales strategy and customer commitments

3. KPI Management and Operating Rhythm

• Drive accountability through structured tools and routines (scorecards, performance reviews, goal tracking)
• Own the regional scorecard, ensuring focus on both leading indicators (activity, execution) and lag indicators (financial results)
• Facilitate regular performance reviews and escalate barriers or resource needs as appropriate

4. Customer Experience and Service Excellence

• Champion a customer-first culture across all branch interactions and service standards
• Ensure consistent delivery on service commitments, including responsiveness, order accuracy, and issue recovery
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align branch execution with customer expectations and value-added programs

5. Operational Controls and Process Discipline

• Ensure consistent execution of core processes including inventory management, order fulfillment, returns, pricing, and compliance
• Drive adoption and effective use of systems and technology to enhance visibility, reporting accuracy, and execution
• Maintain high standards of data integrity

Facilities, Safety and Brand Standards

• Uphold company standards for safety, facility appearance, and operational readiness across all locations
• Partner with internal teams and vendors on maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements
• Ensure audit readiness and reinforce a culture of safety and incident prevention

7. Talent Development and Culture

• Coach and develop Branch Leaders in leadership, communication, and performance management
• Build a strong talent pipeline through succession planning and targeted development
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
