Little Explorers Learning Center is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Administrator to support center leadership and assist with daily operations, compliance, staff, and family communication.
REQUIRED CREDENTIAL — MUST HAVE:
Applicants must hold and maintain at least ONE of the following:
- A current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
- A bachelor’s degree in childcare, early childhood education, or a qualifying related field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with daily center operations and organization.
- Support staffing, schedules, classroom coverage, and ratio needs.
- Help maintain enrollment, attendance, licensing, and center documentation.
- Communicate professionally with families and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, compliance follow-up, and classroom support.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and follow-through.
- Childcare or early childhood experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Ohio childcare requirements is helpful.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and take on increasing leadership responsibility.
