RDR is seeking Skilled Laborers.

Job Summary:
Laborers will report directly to their RDR supervisor.

• Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
• Able to work up to and at times greater than 10 hour days.
• Form, pour, and finish concrete driveways and/or sidewalks.
• Surface patching of asphalt.
• Yard restoration, seeding, and mulching.
  
• Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week on average. *weather permitting*.
• Maintain all required Operator Qualifications.
  
• Basic operation of mini excavator, skid steer, dump truck, and hand tools.
• Properly load and haul equipment and materials.
• Mentor and teach fellow employees.
  

Preferred experience:
Experience on yard restoration.

Experience forming, pouring and finishing concrete.
