- 5+ years of experience serving in a construction QA/QC capacity, with a minimum of 2 years in earthwork or site construction field inspection
- Valid driver’s license required and ability to maintain status as an approved company driver
- Previous earthwork experience spanning mass grading and excavation through more technical dirt work preferred; utility-scale solar, mining, or industrial site experience a plus
- Working knowledge of earthwork and site construction practices and of the testing typically required by project specifications
- Ability to read and interpret grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, utility and structural drawings, and geotechnical reports required
- Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) Responsible Personnel Certification (“Green Card”) required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- OSHA Competent Person training for excavation and trenching required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
