HVAC Install Helper

The Install Helper will assist with residential HVAC installations, including equipment replacement, ductwork, materials, and jobsite preparation. No previous HVAC experience is required, but mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are important.Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Installers with residential heating and cooling system installations
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Help with ductwork, refrigerant lines, wiring, drain lines, and equipment setup
• Prepare jobsites and maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow instructions from the Lead Installer and assist with daily job tasks
• Properly use hand tools and power tools as directed
• Follow company safety procedures and HVAC installation standards
• Provide professional and respectful service while working in customers' homes
• Perform other duties as needed to support the installation team

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential work areas
• Able to lift and carry HVAC equipment and materials
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
